V came home with Legos to cheer J up. Indeed, they did. J perked up upon spotting the Legos in V's hands, jumped out of the sofa and ran over. They were about to fight over them but L gave J first dibs because of what J went through today. I was so touched with L's generosity that it brought tears to my eyes. I had to hug him and L was happy to have pleased Mom and Dad with his actions.
I had remarked to V earlier that L didn't seem to be concerned about J's condition. I was wrong. Perhaps that's his way of showing his care - not by words but by his actions.
As I looked on at both boys working on assembling their Legos, I really hoped that they will continue to look out for each other as long as they live.
I asked J if he realized he fainted. He did. He was never out of breath so I was very glad to hear that because that meant it was not anaphylactic (this time).
